Protein Frappe anyone?Spring is here & it’s a perfect time to try using your protein powder in different ways. Who doesn’t love a frappe? But before you go to Starbucks, we’ve got the perfect recipe to make your own using our Cyborg Sports WPI Grass Fed Protein Powder Watch the attached video for how or here is the basic recipe:In your blender add 1/4 cup or 60ml milk of choice, 1 cup ice, 1 scoop of your favourite flavour of Cyborg WPI protein powder (we used vanilla in the video and gave some flavour change ideas).
